He was born on January 26, 1988, in Mirandela.

In 2000 he was admitted to the Professional School of Art in Mirandela - ESPROARTE, in the oboe class of Professor Sandra Monteiro.

In chamber music he worked with: Zsolt Pap, Iva Barbosa, Sandra Monteiro, Etiènne Lamaison, Cândida Oliveira, Hugues Kesteman, Pedro Silva, Nuno Pinto, Francesco di Rosa, António Saiote among others. He is also a founding member of the Oboé Bassoon Ensemble.

He participated in several improvement courses and Master Classes with teachers: Pedro Ribeiro, Nelson Alves, Ricardo Lopes, Andreas Wittmann, Luís Vieira, Christian Cocchiraro, Saul Silva and Dietheml Jonas.

Graduated in musical performance (oboe) by ESMAE (School of Arts and Spectacle of Porto) in the class of teachers: Ricardo Lopes, Pedro Ribeiro and Nelson Alves and is preparing to complete the Master in Music Teaching at the University of Minho.

He was a member of the World Youth Orchestra 2009 to 2012, having won the audition worldwide and in which he did several tours, he also held concerts at the Festivals of Riava del Garda and Academia Nacional Santa Cecília in Rome.

He teaches at Esproarte (Professional School of Arts in Mirandela), Conservatório Bomfim de Braga.

He is a musician of the Portuguese Philharmonic Orchestra.
